Because every Haus Holy piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Printing Errors, or Incorrect Items

While we take care to make sure your order arrives as expected, things can occasionally go wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, with significant printing errors, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@hausholy.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

We'll review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders are sent into production shortly after they're placed.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hausholy.com. While we'll always do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you can't locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local carrier first.

At Haus Holy, every piece is made to order just for you. This means your artwork is printed and prepared after you place your order, helping us avoid unnecessary waste and keep production intentional.

Order Processing:

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times:

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may take longer due to customs processing or other carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over C$200 CAD. Some remote locations and oversized shipments may be excluded.

Tracking:

You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure what fees may apply.

Missing or Damaged Order:
