Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part or Printful's, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with the following information:

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect sizing, change of heart, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check product details, sizes, and designs before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
